Do your panels arrive fully assembled?

Yes! Our Croyde Mortise & Tenon Fence Panels arrive fully assembled at your doorstep, so not construction is needed.

What timber are your Croyde Mortise & Tenon Fence Panelmade from?

This panel is made from Joinery Grade Scandinavian Redwood.

Is this panel pressure-treated?

Our Croyde Mortise & Tenon Fence Panels are thoroughly green pressure-treated to prevent rot and decay.

Do you make bespoke panels?

We absolutely do! Just like our gates, we can make completely bespoke fencing panels. If you'd like a quote for your measurements, please contact our Sales team on 01409 231 763 or sales@ruby-group.co.uk.

Can I paint my panels?

You can! You can only use water-based paint on our panels, however, and you will need to ensure the panel is as dry as possible before painting. We do recommend applying UV protection to the panel prior to painting also.

What maintenance is required?

We highly recommend treating your panels at least every 6 months with Osmo Oil, to protect your panels against the elements and against decay - as well as discolouration. We also recommend checking your planter every so often and removing any built-up dirt and grime.

How long do your Croyde Mortise & Tenon Fence Panels last?

If properly maintained, your panels should last between 10-15 years.

How much is shipping?

What shipping courier do you use?

We use our own fleet of delivery drivers to ensure the best service! Our drivers are more than happy to leave your goods in a safe place! Your order will be fully trackable, with a 1 hour time slot provided! Our tracking app will allow you to see the progress of the driver throughout the day.

Can I return my panels?
