Are your planters pressure-treated?

Each component of our planters is thoroughly pressure-treated with TanalithE treatment, to prevent decay and protect your planter against the elements.

Do you make bespoke planters?

We absolutely do! Just like our gates and fencing, we can make completely bespoke planters. If you'd like a quote for your measurements, please contact our Sales team on 01409 231 763 or sales@ruby-group.co.uk.

What timber is used for your Deluxe Decking Planter?

We use Joinery Grade Scandinavian Redwood decking panels for our Deluxe Decking planters.

Can I have my planter lined?

You can! We sell planter liner, as well as offer installation services for this! Contact our Sales team on 01409 231 763 or sales@ruby-group.co.uk for a quote today!

Do your planters have drainage holes?

They do! All of our planters have drainage holes to allow excess water to drain.

Do your planters arrive assembled?

Yes! Our planters arrive fully assembled at your doorstep, so no construction is needed.

Aftercare and Maintenance
Can I paint my planter?

You can! You can only use water-based paint on our planters; however, you will need to ensure the planter is as dry as possible before painting. We do recommend applying UV protection to the planter prior to painting also.

What maintenance is required?

We highly recommend treating your planter at least every 6 months with Osmo Oil, to protect your planter against the elements and against decay. We also recommend checking your planter every so often and removing any built-up dirt and grime.

How long does your planters last?

Our planters can last anywhere from 10-20 years if properly maintained.

How much is shipping?

Delivery fees may vary depending on your order and location. We also offer free delivery on certain orders. To check the delivery fee for your purchase, simply proceed to the checkout where it will be calculated for you.

How long will it take to get my order?

The lead time varies depending on the product, and will stated below the pricing of the item for you.

What shipping courier do you use?

We use our own fleet of delivery drivers to ensure the best service! Our drivers are more than happy to leave your goods in a safe place! Your order will be fully trackable, with a 1-hour time slot provided! Our tracking app will allow you to see the progress of the driver throughout the day.

Returns
Can I return my planter?

You can absolutely return your planter if you no longer need it or changed your mind, but this is typically subject to a restocking fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
