We deliver a large variety of products ranging from small items like gloves to very large items such as gates. If you're in the UK Mainland our aim is to get your item to you within 5 working days maximum for all small products, whereas large products such as timber is a 48 hour delivery to UK mainland. With our international shipping, this can take up to 3 weeks.

All of our timber products have a 48 Hour delivery service to UK mainland. It will take us a maximum of 2 days to get to you. We have a next day courier with our timber products and work on a 1 day dispatch time. Want your timber delivered on a specific day? No worries, with us you can choose your day of delivery. As well as this, we can leave notes for the drivers to leave in safe place or even give you a call before delivery.
Our delivery to UK mainland is free! On all products, we offer this service to all our UK mainland customers. With our international parcels, we do have a small postage charge, this charge will depend on the country you're ordering too.
Of course, if you're local to us, we offer the service of being able to collect from our warehouse or yard. This will even make it slightly cheaper for you.
After placing an order with us you should receive an email with the courier and tracking number needed to track your item. From here you will be able to see when it has left us and depending on the courier, you may be able to track the journey.
Due to our large variety size products, we use a few couriers. For our timber products we use Tuffnells or if it is pickets, we use UK Mail, both of which is next day. With our smaller parcels we use Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 48 Tracked or DPD (depending on the product ordered). With our awkward shaped products, like spades and large TubTrugs, we hand black wrap them and send them using UK Mail. All of our international shipping parcels are sent with Royal Mail. All our couriers have been carefully chosen and very reliable, very few problems occur.
Do you have to be in when the item is due for delivery?
We understand how frustrating it can be having to wait in all day for a parcel. This is why we offer you to leave a delivery note. If you would like this option just contact us and we can pass this onto our courier.
