Yes! No assembly is required for our panels as they all arrive fully constructed.

Is your European Larch pressure-treated?

Larch is naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insect damage due to its natural oils and tannins.

What finish does your European Larch Slatted Panel have?

European Larch is a premium-quality timber, known for its modern appeal and minimal knots. Its sleek, high-end appearance makes it an excellent choice for finishing buildings with a sophisticated touch.

What is the size of the gap between the battens?

6mm (this can be altered upon request).

Do you make bespoke panels?

Can I paint my panels?

You can! You can only use water-based paint on our panels; however, you will need to ensure the panel is as dry as possible before painting. We do recommend applying UV protection to the panel prior to painting also.

How much is shipping?

Delivery fees may vary depending on your order and location. We also offer free delivery on certain orders. To check the delivery fee for your purchase, simply proceed to the checkout where it will be calculated for you.

How long will it take to get my order?

The lead time varies depending on the product, and will stated below the pricing of the item for you.

What shipping courier do you use?

We use our own fleet of delivery drivers to ensure the best service! Our drivers are more than happy to leave your goods in a safe place! Your order will be fully trackable, with a 1-hour time slot provided! Our tracking app will allow you to see the progress of the driver throughout the day.

Can I return my panels?
