Heat-treated for exceptional durability, our 145 x 18mm Radiata Pine Thermowood Shadow Gap Cladding is a popular choice for outdoor projects. The 145 x 18mm profile is ideal for cladding applications, offering both strength and long-lasting performance with a sleek and contemporary aesthetic.

Vertical run cladding naturally channels water downwards, however if cut incorrectly horizontal profile boards may trap water inside the shadow gaps, making it more susceptible to weather-related issues like rot. To combat this, horizontal boards are cut with a slight angle in the gaps to help the water run off, while vertical boards retain a nice crisp edge.
