Galvanised Field Gates

Metal gates have many uses throughout the farming community and are a really popular type of gate due to the robustness and strength that they posess. The metal gates that we have available here at Ruby have a really impressive strength to weight ratio making them incredibly useful and practical for many functions. The two gates that we currently stock is the 7 bar Galvanised Metal Gate and the 5 Rail Half Meshed metal gate. Although we only have two current types, we believe that they are more than capable for a number of different jobs and purposes providing farmers and the agriculture community with gates they can be proud of.

The 7 bar Galvanised Mental Gate is made using steel and after manufacture, it is hot dipped galvanised to ensure long life and protection from corroding. The height of the gate is 1.143m and available in width sizes from 3ft to 12ft providing a variety of options for you. In terms of the hanging stile, it has a dimension of 50mm x 50mm and the top and end rails are 44.5mm diameter wide. In between the top and end rails, the middle rails have a diameter of 30mm completing the perfect metal gate. The 5 Bar Half Meshed Metal Gate is also made using a galvanised steel which has been hot dipped after manufacture. Likewise, with the 7 Bar metal gate, this has a height of 1.143m and available in sizes ranging from 3ft to 12ft. This gate is commonly used for keeping smaller animals and livestock within fields and restricted areas as the mesh stops them from escaping through the spaces in between the rails.
